I was sitting at my craft desk and looking at my wall switch plate and just hated the white plastic look. So i took it off the wall and took out my Tim Holtz’s Adirondack Acrylic Inks and got busy. I did mine, my sons and my daughters. I need to get some navy blue paint to make my Hubbys a Yankees theme.
What do you think?

Of course this is the one in My craft room

Try this! it was fun.

These are very unique! My kids have wooden ones that I painted to match their rooms, but a few other rooms need some decorated switch plates! I love the clear ones with DSP layered behind them, beautiful! I know your kids must love these happy, bright ones!

Isn’t it funny what we find to do when we’re bored? All of my switchplates are perfectly vanilla, but we’ve spent the last 20 months repainting every room in our house since we moved in. For some reason I just don’t like white walls. I like what you did with the one in your craft room.

If it doesn’t move, stamp, paint or alter it!
Right? Very creative!
