I was sitting at my craft desk and looking at my wall switch plate and just hated the white plastic look. So i took it off the wall and took out my Tim Holtz’s Adirondack Acrylic Inks and got busy. I did mine, my sons and my daughters. I need to get some navy blue paint to make my Hubbys a Yankees theme.
What do you think?

Of course this is the one in My craft room

Try this! it was fun.
I made this card for a family member recently diagnosed with cancer. I didnt know what kind of card to make, What kind of image to use. I scoured my stamps for a few days untill I finally found this stamp from cistamps.com
I made the card 6×6 and used a ruffle trick learned by Lisa Johnson. I new how to do this from sewing but never realized to do it for cards. Her blog is amazing – please check her out.
Anyway I hope you are better soon and we are all praying for you!!

I love this technique of Ribbon Ruffling.

enjoy your day

I know its been a while, but I have been so busy with life lately. I havent even made a card. I read a blog somewhere once that a gal used cheapo curtain rods for her punches. Well I had the day off yesterday, so I went into target and bought a double while cheapo curtain rod. It was just 3.97. I got the double because I figured it would hold the weight of my punches. I need to go buy one more set. I can actuallysee them now, think I will use them more often??

I still havent figured out how to store my martha stewart border punches.
If your still struggling storing your handheld punches this is the way to go!! I used to keep them in a shoe thingy over the door, I hated it. But this really works well!
I dont often advertise that I am an Angel Company Demo, but this current release is too cool to pass up! If your interested in buying these let me know. I accept payments through paypal.

I bought a bunch of Iron On Sheets the other day and I never got play with it.

This is a great project to do with your kid, just dont let them touch that hot hot iron

I got this new digital image from Mos Digital Images and I thought it was adorable. She is out riding her bike with her wind in her hair, and of course I had to add a tornado like scene in the background. She is an old tough cookie, she can handle it!
I used two cuttlebug folders, Traffic Jam and Swirly on the Green cardstock. My mummu is colored in with Prismas

I used my Momento Ink Dew Drops with a extra large sponge duaber for the rainy background.
Used my handy dandy Ms Word to print out the sentiment which I think is just too funny!! The Ribbon came from my stash, It is old lace, perfect for grandma!
I am selling it all! I dont scrapbook much and am concentrating on other things.
Asking 450.00 for it all! plus shipping

I did it! Finally finished these curtains. Next time I make curtains I will have a plan devised. I kinda just winged this one and went for it without any plan. But I think in the end they came out well.
I added buttons on top with ribbon to make it a bit more fun. I was going to stamp the black fabric with white ink but decided to keep it simple.

i saw this fabric at a LSS had ot have it. Its my first attempt at an ironing board cover, i need to get padding for underneath but its a start! it needs some trim also.
